Steps for a Custom Automation Process utilizing a Target List

  1. Define Goals
    • Create Calendar that you want to follow
    • Decide on the target audience so the target list can be built
    • write email copy and collect images if necessary
  2. Project set up process
    • Copy the Automation Process Template you will be using
    • In the copy process the Project will be create
    • Confirm project details are correct
    • Save Project
  3. Load and Test email Content
    • Add an email wireframe template to each prospect email in Automation
    • Add Content (text, images and links) to each email
    • Label links for reporting
    • Test email content
  4. Update Landing Page content
    • Edit Landing page
    • Update the Thank you page
  5. Target list
    • Determine audience for your process
    • Select existing Target lists or create new Lists
    • Select suppression list(s)
    • Select or create a Test List
  6. Test Process
    • Run process on test mode
    • Enter an email into Redirect all process emails
  7. Make Process Active
    • Remove test leads
    • Reset Counts
    • Save process
    • Make process Active
